While I realize the majority of people simply don't have the time/patience much less desire to read user manual instructions normally included with the purchase of an espresso coffee machine or any small kitchen appliance for that matter, I really don't understand why many espresso coffee machine reviews I have read simply reiterate information taken directly from the user manual whether one has yet to read the manual or not. Unless I am missing something, my idea of a candid and impartial review of any product should be ascertained by actually taking the time to familiarize oneself with design build features and performance in using it. In reality, I don't need much less want to waste my precious time reading a product review that essentially represents a copy/reiteration of information already provided in a user manual. What's even more annoying, frustrating, and an insult to my intelligence is when the information provided in the review is determined to be misleading/contradictory to that provided in the user manual. Needless to say, this is totally inexcusable and essentially informs me how careless and inept the author actually is. As to the reasons why or how an author may have been chosen or decided to provide a product review as described herein, I cannot begin to understand. As to why any company or business organization in their right mind would select in addition to providing a product they manufactured for free to such an individual in return for a review such as that described herein is even more disturbing and difficult to comprehend.
